2026 TGMA moves to Accra International Conference Centre Grand Arena

The 27th edition of the Telecel Ghana Music Awards has seen a change in venue, with the ceremony now scheduled to take place at the Grand Arena, Accra International Conference Centre, on Saturday, 9th May 2026, at 7pm.

Charterhouse Productions, the event's organisers, have chosen to relocate from the Palms Convention Centre to the Grand Arena, citing its superior capacity, technical facilities, and flexibility for staging and broadcast production.

As the venue has hosted the awards since 2019, it remains the ideal choice for providing a world-class experience.

Charterhouse Productions has extended its appreciation to stakeholders, including headline sponsor Telecel Ghana, government partners, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, for their ongoing support of the creative industry.

The ceremony will celebrate Ghanaian music and culture, while also highlighting their global influence.

The TGMA's 27th edition will be held under the theme 'showcasing our music, our culture, and our global impact'.
