I’ve never had problems with artistes – Rema addresses alleged fight with Davido

Nigerian singer Rema has dismissed reports of a disagreement between him and Davido, saying there are no issues between the two Afrobeats stars.

Rema made this known during an interview with Ebro Darden and Laura Stylez while discussing his relationship with other Afrobeats artistes and the comparisons often made between them.

“Davido and I have no issues; those are just rumours. I have so much respect for the OGs,” Rema said, explaining that fans often fuel comparisons and perceived rivalries between artistes.

The singer added that he previously tried to caution his fans against turning such comparisons into unnecessary rivalry but eventually stopped after observing that some other artistes did not do the same with their own supporters.
