Euro Spa CEO Jessica Hartog remanded over €225m cocaine shipment

The Chief Executive Officer of Euro Spa, Jessica Hartog, has been remanded by an Accra High Court together with three others over their alleged links to a cocaine shipment worth more than €225 million intercepted at Dunkirk in France.

Hartog was charged on September 16, 2026, and remanded until October 13. She pleaded not guilty to the charges.

The case centres on the alleged involvement of the accused persons in the shipment, which originated from Ghana and was intercepted by French authorities at Dunkirk.

Hartog and the three other accused persons are expected to remain in custody pending further proceedings as the court considers the allegations against them.

The prosecution is expected to present further details of the alleged cocaine trafficking operation as the case progresses.
