GTA Promotes Eco-Tourism at Vodza Easter Regatta Festival

The Ghana Tourism Authority (GTA) has organised the Vodza Easter Regatta Festival in Keta to promote eco-tourism and encourage responsible lifestyles among the youth.

The festival, held in the Volta Region, brought together community members, tourists, and stakeholders to celebrate culture while promoting environmental sustainability.

Speaking at the event, a representative of the Ghana Tourism Authority highlighted the importance of protecting the environment through tourism activities like the regatta festival.

As part of the programme, the youth were advised to stay away from hard drugs and remain focused on building a better future.
