Lapaz Traders Praised for Cooperating With Decongestion Exercise

The Okaikwei North Municipal Chief Executive, Christian Tetteh Badger, has lauded traders at Lapaz for their cooperation with authorities during the ongoing decongestion and enforcement exercise aimed at enhancing order and cleanliness in the area.

He pointed out that many traders at Lapaz complied with the assembly’s directives during the decongestion exercise.

While some traders initially failed to obey the instructions, most later cooperated with authorities to support the exercise.

He clarified that the operation is intended to reduce congestion, improve sanitation, and facilitate movement for both motorists and pedestrians.

He also urged traders to continue following the rules and collaborating with the assembly to maintain peace, order, and cleanliness in the area.
